Slide, tap on axes, press << button, or  press >> button to  change independence indices or ILD values.

As Independence indices are raised (top axis)  auditory ‘images’ broaden, prompting listeners are to report hearing two images or a single image with distinct left and right ‘edges’.

Changes in ILD (bottom axis) cause both ‘images’ or ‘edges’ to shift leftward when negative or rightward when positive.
